This sale is for an unassembled kit. Assembly requires profession-level skills and tools associated with general fabrication, lay-out, fixturing, bonding, and assembly.

We purchased and imported 2 sets of these panels from Composite Panel Technologies of Kelowna BC CAN.

We used 1-set to build a customized box (pictured in the ad). Our build included custom aluminum carriage, roof rack, windows, etc. that is not included in this sale.

We have decided at this time to not to build the second box and offer the components for sale.

To build the box, the panels are fastened together with bonded joints that adhere the extruded aluminum corners to the panels, and a mechanically fastened extruded aluminum inside corner that pins the inside corner to the outside corner.

Box finished size, exterior: 10’ L x 6’-9” W x 6’-11” H

Walls and roof: 1.5” thick foam core with thin fiberglass bonded on each side

Floor; 2” thick fiberglass honeycomb composite

All Corners: extruded aluminum, powder coated.

Assembly: Adhesive bonded with Sikaflex 252 urethane

Door opening precut in end wall.

Rivnut anchors installed all four corner posts and long roof corners

Weight is around 400lbs
