VenmoI have an unpaved lot that is good for parking and vehicle storage. It's an open grassy lot (backyard through a side entrance that hugs the side of a house).
IDEAL FOR:
Small to Mid-Size Cars & SUVs: Sedans, hatchbacks, crossovers, and compact SUVs (e.g., CR-V, RAV4, Subaru Outback).
Mid-Size Trucks: Toyota Tacoma, Chevy Colorado, Ford Ranger, Nissan Frontier.
Small Recreational Trailers: ATVs, UTVs (Side-by-Sides), motorcycles, and snowmobiles on small utility trailers (if you can back them out).
Small Watercraft: Jet skis, small aluminum fishing boats, and compact speedboats (beam under 7.5 feet).
Compact Campers: Pop-up campers and teardrop trailers.
️ CRITICAL ACCESS NOTE: To access the backyard, you must drive down a side path that is strictly 7.8 feet wide at the front (93 inches) and has a maximum height clearance of 9 feet on the left side (108 inches).
Turning around in the backyard may be limited depending on how many vehicles are there. When you leave, you may have to reverse your vehicle/trailer all the way out through that same 7.8-foot-wide path (usually do-able with a spotter) but note this if you have any of the following:
Full-Size Trucks: Ford F-150, Chevy Silverado, Ram 1500.
Large SUVs: Chevy Tahoe, Ford Expedition.
WILL NOT FIT (Please do not request):
Standard Travel Trailers & 5th Wheels: (Most are 8+ feet wide).
Pontoon Boats: (Standard beams are 8 to 8.5 feet).
Wide Enclosed Cargo Trailers: (7-foot wide trailers often have wheel arches that exceed 8 feet).
Tall Vans & RVs: Tall-roof Sprinter vans, Class A or Class C motorhomes (exceeds the 9-foot height clearance).
Heavy-Duty Trucks: Dually trucks (F-350/3500 series) are too wide.
We're about Less than 2 miles from the freeway (the 201). Kindly send me a message or give me a call a day before you visit the space.
Ad is for one of three slots on the east side of the back yard
