I bought this item from a Tanning salon a few years ago and haven't used it much. When I purchased it I also purchased all brand new bulbs. These bulbs only have 400 - 500 hours on them! This is a great price. The bulbs alone can cost around $3000. The bed works great
It is plugged in and we can demonstrate that it is functioning well. You WILL NEED to bring tools to disassemble and someone to help you load it. I does disassemble into pieces that can be moved.
