Interior has a safety harness. Sits up to two kids. Two wheels with reflectors are present and breaking system works. Has a handle for stroller use and a hitch arm for bike trailer attachment. I bought this used to attach to my bike. It did not come with the stroller wheel. I’m sure if you wanted to use it as a jogging stroller you could find the wheel attachment online. Reason for selling is that I need to make room in my garage.
