All the new things I have replaced. New water heater New carbon monoxide alarm New heater thermostat New blackout curtains bunkbeds New blinds main table window New flush valve on toilet Everything works as it should and I will have water filled in tank so you can test everything. There are some minor wear inside the trailer but over all looks amazing and well kept. Dry weight is 5,000 lb 40 gal fresh water tank I will except reasonable offers, cash only and not interested in trades
