An Excellent Restorable Condition Hood Ornament for a 1955-56 Pontiac Chieftain or Star Chief.
This almost looks to be a Flying Wings Design.
It is a bit tarnished underneath and has some very light pitting issues under the existing chrome as shown in the pictures.
Also note that there are NO ISSUES with flaking - the pictures show flash spots and/or sun spots.
This is an absolute gorgeous hood ornament.
This hood ornament is large 15” X 11” X2” – Weighs 609g / 1.55 lbs.
