Replaced landing gear Roof has been sealed multiple times since we owned it, never had a leak. Upgraded TV mount that swivels from bedroom to living room. New batteries as of last year New propane tanks as of last year New converter installed last year Bunkhouse has new foam for beds, also have a plush topper that can be cut and used for bunkhouse or for the main bed. Upgraded rear bumper with hitch so doubles can be pulled if desired. Replaced all 4 bearings last year. Trailer has two extra spare tires that will go with it. Gooseneck hookup.

Front door storage has a hole in it, hole has been there since we purchased the trailer, never felt the need to replace it.
