This motorhome has been so good to us and has provided so many fantastic memories! It's time for us to pass the torch to another owner and let a fresh set of new memories begin! This motorhome is by no means perfect and we've tried to price it accordingly. It runs great and will get you where you want to go. It has THE BEST layout we've seen in a motorhome this size with over 3 feet of counter space + more when the sink is covererd. We love to eat in so this was a huge feature for us. So many motorhomes have 0 counter space. We also love the large dining area. The motorhome has tons of storage and lots of sleeping space as well. We have a family of 8 and it worked great for us. The vinyl on the captains chairs and all of the seating area is BRAND NEW and done with very nice, quality vinyl. It looks brand new!

Keep in mind this motorhome is 12 years old and has been a family motorhome, not a retirement motorhome. We want to be up front about the condition so when you come to see it, there are no surpises. The list may look long but compair it to other motorhomes and it's probably pretty average. We debated if we should post this on our listing or not, but the last thing we want is to waste your time coming to look at it and not having your expectations lined up with what you'll see. So here it is:

-There is a lot of rust under the motorhome. We bought it from back east and heard that area is labled the "rust belt"

-There is some water damage in a couple places. Much of this was here when we bought it. After we bought it, we dealt with another couple leaks so we had the seals on the roof removed and resealed. No problems since. The damaged areas never got repaired. The two main ones are in the top bed area above the passenger seat and the other one is the back wall of the motorhome including the head board and down in the back storage area

-When we first got it we replaced the right exhaust manifold

-The back tires look to have some life left in them but the front tires need to be replaced

-The screen door needs a handle

-The door hinges need to be tweaked

-The interior ladder needs a new bracket

-The exterior ladder needs repair/replacement

-The awning needs some patching

-The backs storage bins need some adjusting and resecuring to the frame.

-A few pieces of vinyl and wood trim need to be reattached

-The windshield is cracked

You might be wondering, "why don't they just fix this stuff"? Well, life is busy and think how much more you'll love this motorhome after you save some money on the purchase price and put a little sweat and hard work into it. Or, just save money and go out and make some memories!
