ApplePayJersey/Holstein Cross milk cow born 7/13/2022 & Jersey bull calf born 5/19. Last test results have this cow’s stats at 62 lbs of milk per day, 8.84% fat (yes that’s correct!!) 3.76% protein. Rear left hoof treated for hoof rot but will be just fine. We run an organic dairy and because she was treated with antibiotics we are selling her. She’s a great producer! Can add another bull calf if buyer would like, the cow would support it.
