VenmoThis blast chiller is used to cool food extremely fast in order to get it through the danger zone quickly.
I have two of these, exactly the same model and function. They both have nine configurable shelves. The price listed is for a single one.
They're in very good condition and have worked flawlessly for us. We finally got a walk in freezer that fits our needs so these are no longer needed.
They run on single phase 208 volts ac 15 amp circuit. I have the transformers that convert from 240 volts ac to the required 208 volts ac in order to reduce wear and tear on the compressor.
The photos has the spec sticker as well as a picture of the transformer and plug.
