PayPal33' Golden Falcon Tour Edition 5th Wheel Trailer.
We purchased this in 2019... it had quite a bit of water damage on the rear that I repaired. Since we have put roof coating on twice there is a spot in the back that needs another coat. I remodeled the whole trailer all LED lights throughout. 10" memory foam queen size mattress and 3" topper. Rustic design throughout. Hardwood flooring as well as real wood on 3' popout walls. There is an issue with the electrical on the popout section that happened last year that we just haven't had the time to figure out what or why.
The table and benches are hand made as well the table is mounted the floor.
Tires are in good shape, comes with a covered spare tire.
I do have more pictures if wanted.
We are including 2 - 100 Watt solar panels with the inverter that are already mounted on the top of the trailer (forgot to get a pic)
As well as the extra 4-25 watt solar panels and cords that are pictured.
Also 2-27D Marine batteries that we just fully recharged.
Also including the 5th wheel stabilizer for the front of the 5th wheel.
I made the two extra storage/beds one in the popout section and one in the rear of the trailer, they both open up for extra storage space. Includes the larger than usual RV refrigerator that has the electric cords ran on the outside under to the battery area it runs off of 12V.

Dry weight is 8800#
New 10 gallon hot water tank
50 gallon fresh water storage
both the grey and black are 50 gallon storage as well.
