Sadly we are selling our property at Yuba Lake. We have owned it for 2 years but our kids have so many sporting activities we have only used the property 1 time. It was such a blast when we did use it. We had 4 family’s camp on the lot and we hung out at the lake all day everyday. It is hard to find a property like this these days. There are also ATV, and utv trails all over the place. if you get sick of the water you can go enjoy exploring all over. We are sad to sell it but we need to put the money in something else right now. The lot is stubbed with power, and water. the lot next to it #3 will show you the potential.
