I'm a NYer who moved to Utah 8 years ago. I didn't like any of the pizza here. I brought my friend from Brooklyn to Utah co where he taught me his family's successful pizzeria recipes. I have a $35,000 oven which is one of reasons it's NY Pizza. Not conveyor belt pizza. The flour comes from Italy. We use all of the right ingredients for the best pizza around. I've spent over $200,000 remodeling the bldg with me electric, plumbing, etc.This is a free standing bldg with plenty of parking. (Bldg not included in sale, it's leased)We've had concerts and vegetable stands in the lot, it's big. This is a fun place with great employees.
