Pros: -Title in hand -2 KING size pull out beds. One has a memory foam topper. -Table folds down into a bed -Sleeps 5 -Storage under all benches -3 burner gas stove (can be used outside) -Cassette toilet -Shower -All plumbing works great -Water heater works -Outdoor shower -Added exterior pipes for drainage, including gray water tank -Heater works great -After market SOFT CLOSE chest of drawers -Exterior canvas is in great condition for its age -All interior and exterior lights work -Comes with original paperwork -All original curtains (they show their age) -We’ll include the extra drawers we’ve used for kitchen storage -Rack on top -New tires in 2022 -Comes with fitted sheets and rugs -We were able to tow it with our Toyota Sienna
Cons: -It’s old and kinda shows -Crack on the exterior back and top -Little cracks on the exterior shell from water damage (Nothing inside has been impacted) -Fridge hasn’t worked since we bought it -No batteries -Spare tire was never replaced
