The roof leaks near the rear of the trailer, and there is some sagging in that area of the interior ceiling, as well as some warping of some counter tops. The plumbing pipes to the water heater are disconnected and need reconnecting. The ceiling air conditioning unit works great, and the furnace works as well. It has a brand new residential 7.5 cu. ft. refrigerator with freezer, and a new toilet. Good tires and a spare.
