"Baby" has been with my family for about 1.5 years. He is amazing. He meets you where you are at with energy. He can chill with you quietly resting near you for hours or go for a run. The best of both worlds. I have moved into a home that he is not allowed after my divorce. I am not home as much as I would hope and this has impacted him. He has become a little more dog aggressive and a few months ago bit a next door neighbor child, but the bite did not puncture skin or create scarring. I have reached out to so many adoption agencies but nobody will take him because of that incident. He deserves a better life than I can give him and know in the right home he will be much more emotionally balanced.
