Formerly a pop-up camper, it still has the jacks at the corners underneath. But now it has plywood decking that's about a year old. It has a 2" ball and 4-pin plug.

I replaced one of the wheels with a brand new unit, and the old wheel is included if you want to replace the tire and use it as a spare. The other tire is older but still good.

The lights were recently replaced, but one is cracked and taped back together. It still works great though.

I also have the tongue jack, but I removed it for ground clearance. It's included with the sale.
