Up for sale is our awesome CVT Mt Rainier roof tent. It is a semi-hardshell with aluminum top and bottom and vinyl sides. Unfolds to 72" x 90" so it will sleep 3 comfortably and 4 in a pinch. Fortunately it comes with the Annex which provides a 7' x 7' ground area for dogs, gear storage, or extra sleeping area. Also comes with a rain fly though the tent itself is waterproof and seam-sealed. We only use the rain fly for extra warmth or in really heavy weather. Also included with the tent are the telescoping ladder, two awning poles (three sides of the annex unfold into shade surfaces), and hanging shoe bags to help keep the mattress clean.

The pictured truck rack will be included if you want it. It was originally built for a Ford, modified for the Dodge in the photos, and should fit full-size Chevys and Toyotas too. We will adapt the frame to your (full-size) truck as part of the deal (we are a welding and machine shop). We can adapt it to smaller trucks as well if desired but that might be $200 or so. The mounting parts to attach the tent to a standard roof rack are also included, though it weighs ~180lb so please check your rack capacity first. I have had it on top of a Lexus GX470 with no issues at all.

The tent is in excellent shape with no leaks, has been used less than 20 times since new (I bought it from someone who bought it new and used it three times). Setup and teardown are straightforward. I was able to get it set up from scratch, take the photos, and put it away again by myself in well under an hour, though that time goes way down with 2+ people.

Located in Bluffdale, though I can bring it to work in West Valley during the day. Be warned: I will NOT set up the tent for you unless you bring cash. It takes enough time and effort on my part that I need to make sure you're at least serious enough to have brought money with you. Thus, cash only.
