Condition:

This is a 1999 trailer, so it is not perfect, but it has been maintained and cared for. The interior is clean and presents very well for its age.

• Plumbing has been updated with newer PEX water lines and shutoff valves, direct fresh water connection. This trailer is still winterized. Water heater is drained, all lines full of antifreeze. Tanks emptied.

There is some cosmetic discoloration in the bathroom near the skylight from years of sun exposure. This is cosmetic only and not the result of a roof leak. Just being transparent about the condition.

The awning is functional but shows wear consistent with age.
