I am the 2nd owner of this trailer and I lived in it for 3 years with very minor issues. It has been comfortable and cozy for me but it is time to let it go and move on to bigger things. This camper comes with a bunch of extras with some minor upgrades.

Replacements/upgrades:\

• added ceramic propane heater in kitchen that works VERY well. Toasty warm!\
• replaced all roof vents and added tinted skylight panel in the shower\
• replaced faucet in bathroom sink\
• upgraded shower head\
• previous owner resealed the roof 5 years ago\
• replaced old couch with futon\
• took out dinette booths to make room for more seating\
• repaced fridge last year (electric only)\
• custom built awnings for the slide outs for added protection during rain/winter (easily removable & lightweight)

• portable black water tank with attachments\
• extra sewer hose\
• 25ft heated drinking water hose\
• 100ft of extra water hose\
• window unit A/C\
• 30amp extension cord\
• 4 stabilizer Jacks\
• spare tire\
• motion detection lights in cabinets

Cons/problems:\

• old minor water damage from when roof leaked before previous owner resealed roof. Its dry now and has not gotten worse\
• roof A/C unit does not work\
• some cosmetic flaws inside and out\
• some light bulbs inside need replaced
