We have owned this camper for the past 10 years and have loved it. Our family is honestly sad to see it go. We planned to continue to camp in it for years to come but came across a unit with a better sleeping arrangement for our family and the layout and deal was too good to pass up.

Tires and batteries are only a couple of years old and will be good to go for a few more years of camping.

Roof was completely re-sealed and fully coated last year and will be good to go for many more years.

Interior is in great shape for it's age.

Has been stored under a covered carport during our ownership.

- Gas and electric water heater works well

- Gas and electric fridge/freezer works well

- Electric AC works well and blows cold

- Gas furnace ignites but blower does not work. We never needed it for our camping. Just used a buddy heater if we needed to take the edge off on a colder morning.

- All plumbing and tanks function as they should. 50 gallon freshwater tank.

- Large slide-out functions as it should and makes for a very spacious interior.

TONS of storage underneath and lots of interior storage in cupboards and closets.

Queen bed up front with room to walk around it.

Comfortable sofa converts to bed.

My favorite spot was the plush chair by the door.

This would make for a great home away from home to take up on the mountains or a comfortable tiny-house to live in.
