• Frame is in excellent condition • Good usable and comfortable condition • Leather has a few minor stains (as seen in the photos) • Some cat claw scratches are visible (as seen in the photos) • Some leather is worn along the ottoman piping (as seen in the photos) • fabric under the ottoman needs repair
