I handmade this tube jig and believe it's the only one available like. It's basically a swimming jig. The up and down motion motion can be accomplished by jigging the rod tip but it's difficult to get the side to side wiggle that fools the fish into thinking its real. Thats what the metal spoon bill is for. A wiggly shimmy action that fish cant handle. I Can make them any color. This one is a dark metallic rainbow.
