PayPalVintage Sioux 680 valve face grinding machine from a school machine shop. This professional valve refacing machine is mounted on the original Sioux rolling cabinet stand and includes several accessories.
The grinding wheel assembly powers on and operates properly. A video demonstrating operation is included in the listing.
The valve chuck spindle rotates freely by hand; however, the chuck drive motor is not currently operating. The issue may require electrical troubleshooting, motor repair, switch repair, or other service before the machine can be fully utilized.
Please note: During transport of the machine, a significant amount of oil splashed from the reservoir. The oil system still circulates oil, but the fluid level is currently low enough that the pump intermittently draws air. This can be heard in the operation video. The reservoir should be inspected and refilled to the proper level before regular use.
