Elva is 1 to 3 years old. She has been available for adoption since 6/1/2026. Elva is such a good girl! She has the biggest heart and loves to be with people! She needs to be right next to you at all times or she gets sad. She loves to run around and play with you and loves to get pets! She especially loves belly rubs!
