If you want to print high-temp engineering materials like ABS, ASA, Nylon, or Polycarbonate on your U1 without warping or dealing with room drafts, this is the cleanest solution available. It seals the upper build chamber perfectly to trap ambient heat.
Why the PopCap is a Must-Have for the U1: Premium Engineering Polycarbonate (PC): Heat resistant up to 120°C. It won’t deform or cloud up over time under high-temp printing environments.
Magnetic Quick-Access Flap: Features a magnetic snap-open front hatch so you can harvest finished prints or check your first layer without lifting the entire lid.
Acoustic Deadening: Noticeably dampens fan and toolhead noise, cutting down high-pitch travel frequencies by about 15dB.
Panda Ecosystem Ready: Built-in integration points on the top surface to cleanly mount a Panda Touch screen or route cable paths.
