• Participating Residents will have their yard sale setup in the Community Park area or in their driveways.
• 10 Minute Street Parking Permitted! If shopping exceeds 10 minutes at a Home, please park in designated guest parking areas.
• Please do not disturb any Residents or Homesites that are not particpating in the Yard Sale.
• Monte Vista M.H.C. is a private community. Trespassing beyond the designated Yard Sale areas or violating the established rules will result in removal from the community.
