Selling my Apple AirPort Extreme base station. It's the flat white square one (6.5" x 6.5"), model A1301 — the 3rd-gen version from 2009. Upgraded to a newer system so this one's just sitting in a drawer doing nothing, and somebody out there can put it to use.
Honestly one of the most reliable routers I've ever owned. Set it and forget it. Here's what you're getting:
- Simultaneous dual-band 802.11n — runs 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz at the same time, so older and newer devices both get a good connection. Backward compatible with a/b/g too.
- 3 Gigabit Ethernet LAN ports + 1 Gigabit WAN port — wired speed for your desktop, console, TV, whatever.
- USB 2.0 port — plug in a printer to share it across the network, or hook up an external hard drive for an "AirPort Disk" (basically your own little network storage).
- Guest Network support — give visitors Wi-Fi without handing out your real password.
- WPA/WPA2 encryption — secure, not some ancient open setup.
- Works with both Mac and Windows. Configured through the AirPort Utility app.
Condition: works perfectly, no issues. Comes with original power cable. Minor scuffs on the base. No box
