2br 1ba Full Kitchen and nice size living room. Bedrooms are nice size too. This place is furnished so great for contracted workers. I would say like long term Airbnb with no lease. I rent month to month. Just require a 30 day notice. And questions or to see the place feel free to reach out. This is the basement of my home and you would enter from the garage and head downstairs. We do share the laundry room. You need to see the place to see how it is laid out.
