This place is nice for contracted workers who have a job to work in Utah. I rent month to month with a 30 day notice. Sorta like a long term Airbnb. Utilities are shared based on the number of people. However I would like to keep it to just one or two people. This apartment is in the basement of my home and you would enter from the garage and head downstairs. Something you have to see to understand. Definitely worth taking a look at.
