She fades to buckskin in the summer and has issues with her feet being touched, very skittish but great under saddle. $3,500 Foaled May 26, 2026 Paso/Friesian filly. May also be grulla colored. Grade $5,000. Sold as a pair for $8,000.
HAY FOR SALE: Grass hay in two-string small bales $15 each; Grass/alfalfa hay in 3x4x8 bales $200.
BOARD: Individual 30x50 paddocks with 12x12 run-in shelters. Round pen (large 50 foot), riding area and turn-out available. Not a professional barn facililty, intended for back-yard, youngsters/family affair. Quiet, personal, not fighting for use of the riding area or round pen. Great trainer set-up with five or six clients.
MONTHLY COST - Pick one:
Self-care board - $200 per month per horse.
1: You supply your hay and you feed and water twice daily, 2: You clean your horse manure weekly, 3: There is someone on-site for emergencies. Partial care board OPTION A - $275.00 per horse.
1: You supply your hay and Stable will feed, and water your horse
2: You still clean your horse manure weekly.
Partial care board OPTION B - $325.00 per horse
1: You supply your hay
2: You feed and water your horse twice daily,
3: Stable will clean your horse manure weekly.
Full care board - $400.00 per horse plus cost of hay.
1: You supply your hay and Stable will feed and water your horse
2: Stable will clean your horse’s manure weekly.
Multi-horse discounts available. NOTE: I have nice, clean Grass Hay on site and available for purchase. SMALL BALES - 55-60# grass hay for going rates (2 string size) LARGE BALES - 3x3x8 or 3x4x8 large bales for feeding free choice hay for going rates.
