This 14 foot aluminum Jon boat has been amazing for me. Both the 6 ho Evinrude and the 420cc mud motor kit it comes with run amazingly, and how I did it was use the Evinrude in the summer for fishing and the mud motor for duck hunting in the fall and winter.

Another amazing feature of this boat is the DIY hunting blind I installed. It is super easy to remove completely for the summer and reattach for duck season (just 4 bolts), and it is a classic scissor blind, meaning it retracts while moving and can be put up in a few seconds once arrived at the spot.
