Very clean, purchased new in 2017. We used it 4 times. It has 3 slide outs, fire place, 2 flat screen TV’s, regular queen size mattress, 2 leather recliners, leather couch that folds out to queen size bed, power awning, fold down rear storage deck, and 2 roof mount A/C units. Extras that go with the trailer, new cover, fresh water hookup hose, outside gas BBQ, generator, extra long 50 amp power cord, drain water hose. Title is free and clear.
