Condition
It still pushes water through and sucks it up. However, the brushes no longer scrub. The dirty water bin won't clip shut anymore but the seal remains in place when in use. I'm sure something like a large band or strap would make it remain secured during use but we didn't have to bother for the multiple years it was broken.
It hasn't been cleaned. It isn't full of gross water but I won't be cleaning it prior to someone picking it up.
