I'm searching for pasture to rent/lease year round in or around Cache Valley. I have a small herd of cattle, some horses, and a few sheep. I'd prefer to find somewhere with water, as it would be easier than having to haul in, but i can haul if needed. I'm happy to clean property, plant seed, and fix fences if needed. I'm located in wellsville, so I'd prefer to stay on the south end of the valley, but willing to travel if the place is right.
