Our family has been going to Carlsbad Inn Beach Resort for many years and it is always a great week at the beach. We can't use the unit this year, but the bonus for you is that all the resort fees are already paid so the cost for the week is all you will pay.
To protect those that rent from fraud and to protect the owners, a small down payment and renter's information (name, address, email and phone number) is needed. The resort requires this in order to put the reservation under a new name. Once the down payment is received, the information is sent to the resort. Then a confirmation email is sent to us and forwarded to you so you can verify info and pay the remainder of the cost.
