This trailer has everything. It has a stove, oven and microwave. It's got a full bed in a separate bedroom. The couch folds down into a bed. The table, which seats at least 5 (our family) and it has three bunks. It's got a full bathroom and an outside shower. The water heater works too! It has a furnace that blows hot air on those frigid nights in the spring and fall. The A/C will freeze you straight outside in the dead of summer. There's a TV, and a DVD player for the kids. There's a full sink in the kitchen. Tons and tons of storage, and a slide on the driver's side. Two batteries are included. Oh, and there's a big power awning to get out of the sun and rain. The fresh water tank has warmers in it and there's a sewer hose in the rear bumper. The tires are practically brand new and there's a full size spare. The fridge and freezer were a little wonky, and we just had it repaired. We had the roof sealed a week ago, and the wires for the plug repaired, it got drug down a dirt road. Also included, it's a great big ass, equalizer hitch. There's a picture of it in the pics. We pulled this trailer with a 2013 F-150 and it pulls like a dream. It's got normal wear and tear, but for the most part, it's in super good shape. Oh, and it's 28' long and 9'8" wide. And it weighs 5603 lbs, dry. I also have all kinds of paperwork on all the appliances.
