ZelleI’m downsizing my program and selling a few of my elite females. This is Maggie, she’s 58 lbs and produces gorgeous pups and large litters and has elite genetics. She’s 78% Bernese and weighed 55 lbs at her last vet check. She’s fully vaccinated and has her OFAs. Genetically she’s incredible:

Maggie’s Story/History: She’s been in a guardian home that can no longer keep her and I’m struggling to find the right home for her and feel like I need to downsize my program. She’s had 2 litters - one with her first owner. The owner had a baby who was allergic and I purchased her about a year ago and placed her in a home with my friend. My friend has some major life changes and is unable to keep her. Maggie had 11 pups on her first litter and 8 pups in her one litter with me (see pics attached).
Temperament: Maggie loves people, she is house trained, and an exceptional dog. She is smart, crate, trained, and so sweet. She does still have a bit of puppy energy. She does guard her food a little bit, and is very food motivated, like most Bernese heavy dogs. She’s lived with other dogs, and likes to play. It’s along well. Because of her size, I don’t recommend her being home with a family with smaller dogs. She did accidentally stepped on one of our puppies, and it broke the pups leg!
Her pups in my program sold for $6500, $6000, $5700, $5300, $5500, $3500 (brown eyes) and $3500 (brown eyes). I kept one male back.
I’d like to sell her for average price of last litter plus one pup back. I’d like second pick of the litter.
I am also open to partnership with another breeder - free to an ethical breeder and splitting the litter that you raise. Then transferring full ownership after her next litter.
Open to other offers or suggestions.
