20’ Custom Legacy Sheep Camp.

This trailer has roughly 500 miles on the road.

I purchased this awesome camper for year-round use and have recently completed a few upgrades that make the deep cold of a harsh winter more do-able.

I lived in this for 3 full years in the Park City area and it withstood 3 northern Utah winters with full time use.

When purchased room for dog kennels was very important.

These things are built heavy, 7800# or so dry, it’s also on a deck over trailer and has higher clearances than most camp trailers.

• Replaced Wood stove with Cubic Mini Grizzly
• Circulation fan installed to add warm air to water storage (Needed force warm air to water pump if wood stove is burning in extreme cold temperatures)
• improved return air for furnace
• 200Ah Lifepo4 Battery installed (really wakes this system up)
• Victron BMV-712smart battery monitor with Bluetooth
• Victron SmartSolar 100/50 Charge controller for auxiliary solar (can handle up to three 200w panels wired in series)
• 300w Pure Sine Wave inverter with switch inside. Can be easily upgraded later.
• 3-way selector for AC outlets (Inverter/Off/Generator)
• Additional AC/12v DC/USB outlets installed in key locations

Champion 3500 watt generator(hasnt been used in a few years, I hope to have it running asap.

Two 200 watt solar panels (I intended to build a briefcase 400w panels wired that can be plugged directly into the charge controller. Wiring to controller already in place.

I’ve replaced the wood stove but still have the old one that will come with if you want it.

Currently the fabric on the awning needs repair

The original fold up steps are missing

Some water damage around the water heater and furnace.
