ZelleWe have to sell our Week 34 that is late August (this year 8/22-8/29) which is a great time to go when water is still warm and the crowds are gone! We have been on the houseboat since 2010 and will miss it and the great owners but have aging parents to take care of. It is a 1994 60’ Stardust Cruiser with tons of updates including solar and batteries, full size residential refrigerator, 200 gallons of fuel for motor/gen (hardly use gen) and an extra 100 gallon toy tank. Interior has newer flooring, paint, blinds, furniture and more. Canyon Explorer is located on buoy at Halls Crossing/Bull Frog.
We must sell so only asking $2500 for our 2026 dues we paid and Aramark fees.
You must have experience driving houseboat as owner for insurance approval.
