Fun trailer for Beginners! Could use some TLC that I’m not interested in doing. Pros: AC works great! Working fridge/freezer Stove top Bathroom Queen Bed plus the table turns into a bed. AM/FM Radio CD player (never used though)

Cons: Water damage from previous owner(s) Needs trailer break cable replaced. ( I have one waiting to get installed) I was going to put new wallpaper up but I never got to it. So there’s a spot by the door that needs some TLC
