A little about me: I work at Starbucks at the airport and I'm also a semi-professional photographer. I share the place with my awesome dog, Bear-Lee, who's friendly and always happy to meet new people. I'm pretty laid back, keep the house drama-free, and like to keep things reasonably clean without being obsessive about it.
I'm looking for someone who pays rent on time, helps keep common areas clean, communicates well, and is easy to live with.
The room is available September 1st. Rent is $800/month and includes all utilities plus high-speed internet.
