This 5th wheel has been used as a cozy living space off and on over the last 5 years.
1 slide out for the dinette area. sleeps 6. queen size bed upstairs (needs a mattress). fridge, stove with oven, microwave, gas forced air and radiant heaters. couch folds out into bed.
this unit has worked well for our needs, we no longer need a spare spot for staying in. good news for you! even though she's getting up there in age, and has some damage, there are so many possibilities. use as is, like we did. remodel and refine, or part it out. appliances are good. the frame could make an excellent cargo trailer. includes all jacks, jack handles, and other accessories.
IT DOES LEAK! the front corner was damaged before we got it. that is why we don't want much for it. a nice big tarp will keep it dry inside. because of this, we are listening to all offers.
we are asking $999. That's just a starting spot. I want to hear your offer!
I DO also have a 5th wheel hitch available for it. the hitch is $100 firm, and must be removed from the pickup it's currently in.
