I have a silver Scattante R-650 road bike. It’s in good condition except for the seat (see the last picture). I’m selling it for a friend. She upgraded the gears and recently spent $100 on a tuneup. She measured from the crank bolt to the top of the seat tube and said it’s 19”. She’s 5’4” and thinks it fits someone 5’2” to 5’7”. It’s at about 4500 South and 2900 East.
