VenmoComplete 1000 watt sound system for home studio or live performance
This system includes:
- 4 - 12" Fender wedge speakers
- 1000 Watt Amp with speakon adapters for 1/4 cables (if you don't have speakon cables)
- Behringer 16 channel (12) mixer with affects
- Padded Hard Case - for the mixer
This is a great system with a nice warm tone that can be used either in a home studio or live performance settings. I've used the 4 wedges as monitors and main speaker combos in live settings and they have done great both indoors and out.
I used this system for a number of years but I have been slowly evolving into another system and I haven't used any of this equipment in a long time... a long time... I need to clean up. I love these speakers but I know it's just not practical to keep them.
I'm assuming you already have cables so, to keep my asking price down, I'm not including cables with this system -BUT- If you really want me to include the cables I'm willing to negotiate with you (I do have to replace them if you take 'em, after all)
The amp is still in it's original packaging because I'm very particular how I store my equipment. Everything in this offer works perfectly except the mixer. (see note below) I would still be using this system today if my $1600 pair of QSCs and Wireless mixer didn't blow it all out of the water.
--Note on the mixer--
While this mixer has served me well, It was used outdoors a lot - dusty/wet and unpredictable environments. I'm pricing this package without a value placed on the mixer because while it works very well... when it works... It needs to have the sliders and pots cleaned periodically. If it sits for a while, some of the channels go dead until you clean them. For this reason, I'm pricing this package so that I'm essentially giving the mixer away as a bonus. if you don't want to worry about cleaning it, you don't have to take it. If you've never serviced a mixer, I can walk you through it if you want to look it over. it's not hard. Depending on how you intend to use this system, you may not even need a mixer.
