ZelleSelling our family’s one-owner 2000 Cobalt 262 Open Bow, located in Sandy, Utah. This boat has been owned by the same family since new, used in freshwater only, garaged its entire life, and never stored outside.
This is a premium 26’8” Cobalt bowrider/runabout with a deep-V fiberglass hull, spacious open-bow layout, factory radar arch, and excellent lake-day versatility. It has been winterized every fall and de-winterized every spring. Overall condition is excellent to good for its age.
Powered by a Volvo Penta 7.4 Gi I/O, approximately 310 hp, paired with a Volvo Penta DP DuoProp outdrive. Hobbs meter shows approximately 444 hours. The engine was replaced in 2015 by Taylor’s Boats, with documentation available; the invoice lists a replacement Base Engine 7.4 GI and related drive/winterization service. Recently started on hose/muffs and ran properly; video available. No known current mechanical issues.
The boat includes a working Captain’s Call selectable exhaust, factory radar arch, custom fore and aft shade canopies, custom bow filler cushion, custom aft filler cushion, and a newly remade custom cover.
