The trailer is in decent shape. Everything works on it. The roof had some seams that were separating but I put some sealant in those spots. I also put eternabond along the whole edge on both sides just to make sure it was good. The awning is a little rough but could probably get a couple more seasons out of it. Tires are 2 years old and it will have brand new batteries. Comes with an equalizer hitch, leveling blocks, and wheel chocks. I also have an Amazon special generator that can come with it. It’s located in Scofield. I have a loan through America First so I could help with delivery to Spanish Fork to get things signed over
