I'm the 2nd owner and bought this in March of 2014. It has been a wonderful trailer and pulls very well. Features include two AC units, power vents, 12 Gal water heater, 15k BTU furnace, auto leveling system (you'll love it!), wireless backup cameras with truck monitor, tire pressure monitoring system, central vacuum, fireplace, LED lighting, solid cherry wood cabinets, Frigidaire microwave, gas range with oven. I have tried to maintain it well over the years. Everything works! It's better than new with higher quality replacement components. I've done the following: Replaced front AC unit, tv antenna, Trail-Air cushioned kingpin, frame stabilizers (minimize movement in the trailer), Sams Club king mattress, bedroom Samsung TV, new faucet and sink in bath, gas detector, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, TCL smart tv in living room, replaced recliners, replaced plastic PEX plumbing fittings with brass, replaced winterization valves with brass, replaced underbelly fabric, replaced large slide hydraulic ram, replaced 12v converter, replaced electric brakes, wiring, bearings and seals, new Monroe shocks, Goodyear Endurance tires, installed heavy duty Equa-Flex lubricated suspension, new electric awning, replaced water pump, installed access compartment for water pump, replaced gas fridge components with electric and installed inverter so it keeps cold on the road, new roof rubber coating, installed TV in cargo bay.
