$15 90ft green and white tinsel garland (10 pieces each 9 feet long)
The ladder is an old one with paint splatters everywhere (see pics) I used it to display my business inventory during Xmas markets. The ladder/shelves/tinsel were used for 9 total days over the past 3 years.
Last picture to shows my display with ladder shelves and the tinsel wrapped around the ladder legs to make it look more like a Christmas tree
