The tent is still practically brand new. I've only used it a couple of times. Including a room that attaches to the bottom of the tent when it folds out. Seen in pictures. Also including a thermal insulator wall that hangs inside the tent. I've slept in this thing while ice fishing and stayed plenty warm. Has a full size spare tire as well as a toolbox up front. This thing will go anywhere with you.
