It’s been a great trailer and is setup to live in, I took out the black tank and put in a real toilet because the black tank got a crack in it. So now the toilet is just piped straight outside. it also has a tankless hot water heater that’s electric as well. is has a mini split in it that will heat and cool so I didn’t need the big loud ac units on top. I had all these things done to it because I lived in it for 2 years and it was way more convenient that way. It will also need a fridge, I am looking for one right now though. It does have a good running LP generator.
